2. SHIPPING IN DENMARK AND ABROAD

Shipping is free in Denmark, Scandinavia and other EU countries for purchases over DKK 500/EUR 65.

For orders under DKK 500/EUR 65, there is an extra charge for shipping of DKK 39/EUR 5.

All shipments in Denmark are delivered by GLS. When you opt for home delivery or business delivery, your package will be delivered directly to your home or company address. At checkout you can also opt for delivery to the parcel shop that is closest to your home.

For delivery to Greenland and the Faroe Islands, please contact our customer service.

3. DELIVERY

Denmark: 2-4 working days
Europe: 5-7 working days

On nordicmodern.dk you can pay with MobilePay, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and American Express.

5. WHEN WILL THE AMOUNT BE CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER’S CARD?

When you buy a product on nordicmodern.dk, you will receive an email confirmation. Please note that the order will not be accepted until we have double-checked that the product you desire is in stock. You will then receive a final order in the shipment confirmation. The customer’s card is charged when the item is shipped.

6. HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

You can return any item/s purchased on nordicmodern.dk within 14 days of receipt. Simply complete our return slip.

The 14 day right of return must apply from the day the customer has received the item. Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act you, therefore, have 2 years’ complaint right.

If you have questions about your item or returning it, you are welcome to email us at nf@nordicmodern.dk with the subject ‘RETURN’ and your order number. We will then answer your email as soon as possible.

The right of cancellation is nullified if you use the product in such a way that obviously and significantly reduces its sales value. You must return the item unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that you are responsible for the goods until we receive them and must therefore cover the return costs if the item is damaged. If the item is damaged or lost during shipment, you can be held liable. In this case, it is your own responsibility to document the return. Once we have received the item in good condition, we will refund the cost to your account.

You as the buyer are always responsible for shipping costs incurred when returning goods. If you wish to exchange an item for another, we will send you the new order/item free of charge.

Please note: We do NOT accept packages sent COD or packages not delivered directly to us. You can either personally deliver or pick up any particularly large or fragile item in our showroom at Søllerødvej 111, 2840 Holte.

7. PICK UP AND EXCHANGE

All our customers have the option of exchanging and picking up their webshop orders in our shop.

8. DAMAGED PACKAGES

Items are insured during transit and we ask you to check the contents of the package upon receipt. If the package and/or contents is/are damaged upon receipt, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

In the case of damaged goods/complaints, please email us at: nf@nordicmodern.dk

NORDICMODERN aps is responsible for goods damaged during shipment. You will be offered a replacement item. Alternatively, if the item is no longer in stock, we will refund your payment.

9. COMPLAINTS

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied, please email our customer service at: nf@nordicmodern.dk. We do our utmost to respond as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours. NORDICMODERN aps trades in accordance with the guidelines and laws established in Denmark. You can lodge complaints in accordance with the regulations laid out in the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act you, therefore, have 2 years’ complaint right.
